Love this. I worked pubs on and off for 18 years and they are vital to their communities. I might be overly simplistic here, but the fact you can buy a case of mass produced piss for the same price as two pints of small batch nectar is all sorts of wrong. So taxing the fuck out of gigantic supermarket chains and giving that relief to pubs would surely go a long way to saving those community assets.
